It is how we protect the quality of the work. When a framing question comes up at seven in the morning, it gets answered right there instead of sitting in someone’s inbox for two days. It also means you always know who to call. There is no phone tree and no scheduling department. You call us, and you get us.

How We Approach Every Remodeling Project

We start by walking the space with you and asking what you actually want out of it, not just what you want built. Those are different questions and the answers often change the plan for the better. Then we put together a written scope so you know exactly what is and is not included before any money changes hands. During the build, we keep the site clean, we protect the parts of your house we are not working on, and we communicate when something changes. At the end, we walk the finished work with you and fix anything that is not right. A large fence teardown and rebuild we completed came in ahead of schedule with the cleanup fully handled, and that is the standard we aim for on every job.
